Payments are made on completed bookings for the previous month – completed means the customer has completed their journey. Please check the amount in your report table and if you still believe your payment to be incorrect, submit and request with all of the required evidence and we will investigate.
Please be aware that commission payments may vary by a small amount due to currency fluctuations. Payments are made on the exchange rate of that day and this may be slightly different to the day you are checking the Partner Centre reports.
