What is the payment threshold and why?
The minimum threshold for payment is £100 or equivalent in your currency. If you do not meet the threshold it will roll over to the following month until the £100 threshold has been met.
When will I get paid and how?
The commission will be paid to your bank account after the booking has been completed, and when your overall commission reaches a minimum of £100 (or the equivalent in your currency). Payments are usually made on or around the 20th of each month. You can set the currency you wish to be paid in when you sign up – if you want to change the currency, please change it in the Partner Centre in the Bank Details section.
Can I see my payments in the Partner Centre?
Payment history is not currently displayed in the Partner Centre. Please refer to your bank statement and corresponding bookings in the Partner Centre.
How will I know if I have been paid?
Please check your earning report each month. If you reach the £100 threshold for payment (or equivalent in your currency), you will be paid automatically around the 20th of the month after the bookings have been completed.
I haven't been paid yet, why?
Please check that you have met the £100 minimum threshold for payment and that your bank details are correct. Payments are made the month after bookings have been completed once the threshold has been met. If you still believe you should have been paid then please submit a ticket with all required evidence.
Is credit available? Can you invoice me each month for rentals?
We do not currently offer credit agreements
Can I be paid via PayPal? What other payments types do you offer?
Payments are made into registered bank accounts only.
Can I change the payment currency?
Your payment currency was set by yourself at sign up. If you want to change this, please reach out.
My payment amount is incorrect
Payments are made on completed bookings for the previous month – completed means the customer has completed their journey. Please check the amount in your report table and if you still believe your payment to be incorrect, submit a request with all of the required evidence and we will investigate.
Please be aware that commission payments may vary by a small amount due to currency fluctuations. Payments are made on the exchange rate of that day and this may be slightly different to the day you are checking the Partner Centre reports.
