As an affiliate if you need to get in touch with our contact centre regarding a customer's booking, there are certain steps you must follow.
Via Call
When calling our contact centre regarding a booking, the agent will ask you to confirm:
• Rentalcars.com booking reference
• Customers full name
• Pick-up location
• Their affiliate code
Please note that if you do not have all of this information, the agent will not be able to speak with you about the booking.
Via Email
The email must include:
• Affiliate identify (e.g. in an email check the email domain ends in the affiliate name such as @affiliate.com)
• Rentalcars.com booking reference
• Full name of the customer
• Pick-up location
Please note that if you do not have all of this information, the agent will not be able to deal with your request.
